  • Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will be experienced with IAM Technologies and Processes (Federated Authentication, Web Single Sign On, SAML/OAuth, OpenID Connect, Web Access Management (WAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM)).The IAM Engineer is also responsible for the continued development of the IAM framework and strategy as well as the creation and maintenance of technical design and process documentation. Position Requirements

    • Working with IAM Architect to improve and optimize IAM platforms.
    • Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
    • Analyzing platform logs for performance issues, alarms, or errors and remediate findings.
    • Working with Support teams to address system issues or end user provisioning issues.
    • Experience in gathering requirements, documenting, and assessing information for implementing information security policies and standards is required

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • 2-4 years' experience in IT Security (specifically Identity and Access Management
    • General Web development JSON, XML knowledge, coding and writing scripts
    • Experience working in a production data center
    • Familiarity with working in a production environment with 24/7 environment (supporting customers)
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
      • NIST 800-53
      • ISO 27001
      • PCI
      • GDPR
      • SOCII
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) technology - SAML, OAUTH 2, OIDC- skills required to support both internal and customer authentication.
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technology - skills deploying and supporting MFA technology for internal and internet facing application requirements.
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies - skills deploying and supporting tools granting, restricting, and monitoring elevated privileges.
    • Development / scripting skills - Ability to add, update or troubleshoot code, API's to resolve issues, create efficiencies or integrate systems
    • Experience with SQL for database functions
    • Okta, Active Directory

    Preferred Qualifications/Selection Criteria

    • CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certification
