As a 2023 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including bi-annual performance connects with your manager.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

• Learn how to work within a corporate environment

• Learn about the exciting world of Fintech and the role FIS plays

• Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities

• Build a network of your peers from across the organization

This position is for a June 26, 2023 start.

About the team

• US team is 10 people that are located up and down eastern time zone. Team consists of US team lead (manager), 2 project managers, 1 technical consultant and 6 functional consultants.

• Highly skilled close-knit team that works very well together virtually on daily basis

• Each consultant has individual projects that they lead (each person can have from 1-5 projects at a time) and we work together to staff, scope, plan, implement, support the projects accordingly

What you will be doing

• Working with clients to implement following FIS solutions:

  • Data Integrity Manager (f/k/a intelliMATCH which is an automated reconciliation tool)

  • Payments Investigation Manager (f/k/a intelliTRACS which is an automated payments investigation tool)

  • Financial Close Manager (financial close tool utilized to help clients to close accounts each month/quarter/year)

• Working with multiple groups to help deliver project:

  • Working with clients/sales to scope/define project at high level

  • Working with sales to create Statements of Work to fund projects

  • Working to have environments scoped/created (either with client for on premise installed or the FIS Managed Services team for clients that FIS hosts internally)

  • Work with client on detailed scoping to document what is needed to be configured/built

  • Working with Project Manager to develop project plan

  • Configuring applications according to scoping requirements

  • Attend client workshops for feedback

  • Working with clients to perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and once client signs off their testing cutover to production environment

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

• Fluent in English; strong written and communication skills

• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Added bonus if you have

• SQL Server knowledge/skills (database knowledge, ability to write SQL queries, etc.)

• Knowledge of any trading and/or accounting platform process flows
