Job Description
• At least 2 years of experience in Avaya voice portal, Orchestration Designer, Communication Manager.
• At least 1 years of experience with production support environment. (Working in shifts and on-call support)
• At least 1 years of experience in Aspect Work Force Management(WFM) would be a Plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Knowledge in contact center technologies and telephony systems would be a Plus.
• Exposure on JAVA development would be a Plus.
• Knowledge in Avaya / Aura applications, Avaya One X and call management system would be a Plus.
