Job Description

• At least 4 years of working experience in Unified Communications domain on Cisco products and cisco's gateway. • At least 4 years of experience in Unified Communication domain with Skills - Cisco Technology with Enterprise Voice, Video. Knowledge on Integration between Cisco products like CUCM, IM&P, Unity, Gateway, Expressway, UCCX and CMS.  Good knowledge on various troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, sipp, network tools, GDB) and monitoring tools in the Unified communication domain like RTMT.   • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience in Cisco Unified Communication domain  • Analytical skills  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment working with teams across in multiple time zones.
