You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 2 years of experience in IT Preferred 2 years of experience in Java, Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL 2 years of experience in working on incident/ issue management systems, processes and tools Knowledge of SQL, scripting language and file management systems Good oral and written Communication Skills Experience working with geographically distributed team Should have very strong analytical skills Ability to engage in senior-level technology discussions.
