  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a motivated and driven intern to join our Agency Partnerships team. This internship offers hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales enablement within the advertising, marketing technology, and data-driven industries. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, engaging with decision-makers, and helping drive new business opportunities with leading media and advertising agencies.

    Internship details:

    • This internship opportunity will begin January 20, 2026.
    • Our intention is to have interns work on-site in New York, New York.
    • 20-25/week during the semester work dedication, 40 hours/week during summer and breaks
    • Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
    • Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

    Qualifications:

    • Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration/Management - bonus if dual majored or minored in Economics, Data Analytics/Statistics, Information Systems
    • Communication Skills - Clear verbal and written communication to engage with internal teams and external partners.
    • Relationship-Building - Ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain professional relationships.
    • Organization & Time Management - Skilled at handling multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and keeping projects on track.
    • Microsoft Excel Proficiency - Comfortable with basic formulas, pivot tables, charts, and organizing/analyzing data.
    • Research & Analytical Thinking - Strong ability to gather insights from tools, market data, or trends and translate into meaningful takeaways.
    • Attention to Detail - Careful with documentation, reporting, and partner communications.
    • Problem-Solving - Resourceful and creative in approaching challenges.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork - Works well in cross-functional environments and values collective success.
    • Curiosity & Growth Mindset - Willingness to learn about the adtech/martech ecosystem and expand skill sets quickly.
    • Professionalism & Initiative - Takes ownership of tasks, follows through, and demonstrates maturity in client-facing settings.
