    DESCRIPTION

    Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented BUSINESS ENABLEMENT INTERN who is PASSIONATE ABOUT CORPORATE TRAINING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking forambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization .

    HOW DO YOU STAND OUT?

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ROLE:

    • Work on refresh of existing training materials
    • Training project support
    • Some basic facilitation/presentation support
    • Administrative support across multiple systems
    • Data Quality & Governance dashboards daily refresh checks
    • As needed support of and exposure to Business Enablement & Optimization initiatives
  • Desired skills

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES YOU NEED TO HAVE:

    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments/initiatives
    • Basic Microsoft Office familiarity required
    • Instructional design experience a plus

    Examples below:

    • Must be a Junior or Senior at a college or university
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Recent experience using the MS Office suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Collaboration skills
    • The ability to be an individual contributor that is part of a greater team
    • Ability to problem-solve and manage time efficiently
