    As a 2021 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 7, 2021 and conclude on August 13, 2021.

    About The Team

    The Global Knowledge Management team is responsible for facilitating a Knowledge sharing environment within FIS globally. Our core process is build on the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology which complements the ITIL framework. Based on the knowledge governance and controls our program fosters, the team works with our user community on the adoption of KCS best practices which main tenant is to integrate the reuse, improvement and (if it doesn’t already exist) creation of knowledge into the problem solving process.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • You will be involved in facilitating & supporting the global KM process and enable a trusted advisor relationship across the FIS enterprise.
    • You will also be involved in the development of trends and analysis of Knowledge Management data, to help develop insights into Knowledge Management process performance and measurements of both the process itself and the stability of FIS systems/applications
    • You will assist in developing, updating, maintaining, and producing content based on content analysis and management activities.
    • You will focus on overall article quality, content review and improvement.
    • You will focus on improving knowledge search through testing and identification of knowledge gaps
  • Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • Rising Senior (graduating December 2021 through May 2022)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
    • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Data Analysis interest a plus
