JOIN THE 2023 FIS UNIVERSITY SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM!

As a 2023 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 5, 2023 and conclude on August 11, 2023. 

ABOUT THE TEAM

FIS Decision Solutions (Chex Systems, Inc.) is a wholly owned subsidiary of FIS and a nationwide specialty consumer reporting agency under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).  FIS Decision Solutions is a highly motivated and fast paced team responsible for providing financial institutions data driven products that assist in mitigating fraud losses, authenticating identity, and assisting with compliance. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives,

• You will Diagram and evaluate existing processes.

• You will organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams.

• You will develop OKRs and other metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.

• You will Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

• Measures performance against process requirements.

• May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.

• Survey and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.

• May act as project manager.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

• Rising Senior (graduating December 2023 through May 2024)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated and willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
