JOIN THE 2022 FIS UNIVERSITY SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM!
As a 2022 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 6, 2022 and conclude on August 12, 2022.
ABOUT THE TEAM
In 2019, FIS acquired Worldpay, a global leader in e-commerce and payments, forming the Merchant Solutions division of FIS. This role sits in the Bid and Content team, a core part of the Strategy and Go to Market function.
The team partners with enterprise sales teams across North America and Internationally to answer RFPs and provide presentation support. We serve both internal & external customers to achieve a high win ratio. We generate creative solutions for the wider team, pushing boundaries of how we communicate and present by creating innovative customer pitch decks and designing impactful product collateral (such as brochures, webinar presentations etc.).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
MANAGE A PROJECT TO COMBINE INSTANCES OF QVIDIAN, OUR BID CONTENT PLATFORM. This project will involve talking to multiple stakeholders, reaching consensus over how the platforms should be combined, ensuring content is segregated according to lines of business, but accessible to who needs it
GENERAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT WORK FOR MERCHANT SOLUTIONS – an excellent way of getting to know all products and services that Worldpay from FIS offers
WRITING NEW CONTENT FOR THE PLATFORM – we’re always improving our content based on input from Product, Strategy and many other teams. You will be tasked with integrating new content in the platforms, ensuring it’s written persuasively and for our target audience: prospective and existing clients issuing RFPs

Rising Senior (graduating December 2022 through May 2023)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
