  • Responsibilities

    The Creative Services Intern work with the Creative Services Project Manager ensure timely and accurate production of marketing content and assets. Reporting to the Creative Director, the intern may also can have the opportunity to contribute to basic graphic design projects and/or copywriting, depending on existing skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Traffic in-development content and assets to internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for review.
    • Collaborate with Vertical and Campaign content leads as well as the UX, and digital content team as the creative work travels through the development process.
    • QA content and assets to ensure creative and business goals are met and designs function on multiple browsers and email clients.
    • Upload and maintain assets within a Digital Asset Management system.

  • Qualifications
    • Junior/Senior with a Bachelor Degree-Related Major (i.e. Marketing, Visual Communications, etc.).
    • Familiarity working in an agile environment.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills to communicate clear findings and actionable recommendations.
    • Some experience using collaboration tools like JIRA, Workfront or Microsoft Project.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) a plus.
