Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talentedDATA ANALYTICS & OPERATIONS INTERNthat is passionate about reviewing and collecting data to improve the Customer Experience for Ingram Micro. We welcome this CANDIDATE to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking forambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

The ideal candidate would have an interest in the areas of change management and enhancing the customer experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Experience using MS Office Suite, MS Dynamics or other CRM Tools
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening skills
• The ability to analyze and interpret data
• Collaborate effectively with others.
• Assist management with the review and documentation of customer calls.

WHAT THIS POSITION OFFERS YOU:

• $15.00/hr - compensation rate is flexible based on relevant experience
