Coordinate a ticket queue and working basic hardware and OS-related break fix incidents. Work alongside authority team members for high-priority issues! Escort vendors into the data centers, perform data center installations, and asset-related inventories. Assisi with asset inventories and install/uninstall activities.

Internship details:

• This internship opportunity will begin May 2024
• Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas
• 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-29/week during the semester
• Anticipated graduation date between May 2025 - December 2025

• Work daily with routine assignments.
• Work with a mentor on performing various tasks such as firmware updates and scripting different automated processes.
• Performing Configuration Management database updates.
• Ability to understand detailed instructions while working under close supervision.
• Solves problems all issues in a timely manner.
• Handles work efforts within a ticketing system.
• Works independently and efficiently in a team-environment.
• Basic understanding of various operating systems, monitoring systems, and network methodologies.
• Apply and address and diagnostic and replacement tools required as needed.
