The Delivery Analyst Intern delivers data, data products and information that drive our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. The successful Intern will begin to train with and understand the details of client’s data and Acxiom’s products to ensure that our clients receive clean, improved, ready-to-market and formatted data. In this role, you will strive daily to improve quality and adopt standard practices.

Internship details:

• The internship will begin on January 8, 2024
• Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible.
• 20-25 hours/week work dedication during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summer
• Anticipated graduation date between August 2024 - May 2025.
• Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

What you will do:

• Learn and use standard tools and products to deliver InfoBase data to our clients.
• Develop a solid grasp of all InfoBase products and how the products are delivered.
• Work to gather information required for set up of new clients through Acxiom Customer Registration (ACR).
• Capture all required information needed to set up Sterling File Gateway (SFG) directories and coordinate file arrival and delivery.
• Gather required information for InfoBase projects according to client contract and sending project to client for approval.
• Accurately validate source data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to project specifications.
• Responsible for running counts, pulling in suppressions, and outputting files from List Direct.
• Professionally communicate internally and externally with clients, partners, and all Acxiom teams as appropriate under the appropriate supervision.

What you will need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in MIS, Business Data Analytics, Business or related field
• Demonstrable skill with Microsoft Office applications
• Effective written and verbal communication skills- gathering project details and providing project status updates
• Attention to detail in entering project requirements ensuring quality assurance
• General knowledge of data analytics
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Solid analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and clients
