  • Responsibilities

    The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) leads Acxiom's delivery of services in support of digital marketing campaigns. They are the primary coordination point across internal and external cross-functional teams, and work directly with client and partner contacts on campaigns. The Intern - Digital Campaign Manager will support the DCM to ensure the timely and quality delivery of digital solutions including online display advertising, addressable television advertising, and closed-loop campaign measurement. Typically, a campaign process involves several steps where this support will be needed which involves planning, executing, and measuring campaigns. We are seeking candidates with the aptitude to quickly learn and support a knowledge of Acxiom processes for the products they support and of the processes and requirements of partners and analytics where required.

    Internship details:

    • The internship will begin on January 5, 2022
    • Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible. However, your internship may begin virtually and could continue virtually for its entirety. We plan to transition interns to on-site work when teams transition back into the office, but we currently do not have a timeline for this transition
    • 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester
    • Anticipated graduation date between December 2022 - December 2023
    • Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

    What you will do:

    Support your DCM in the following:

    • Establish a campaign plan including goals, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
    • Onboarding of files-what data is needed, issue resolution and management of process
    • Campaign execution-plan, set up and execute campaigns
    • Data Management-track/document all campaign related information for reporting, billing or historical purposes
    • Communication-main point of contact for client, partner, agency, onboarding/distributions, analysts, publishers/destinations, internal account team and consultants for all things campaign related
    • Perform quality control and audits to ensure inputs, intermediate products, and end products meet campaign requirements
    • Resolve issues in timing, quality, performance and escalate as necessary

    What you will need:

    • Pursuing degree in Marketing, Business, Business Data Analytics or related field with an interest in Digital Advertising/Marketing
    • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Comfortable in learning tools associated with Acxiom internal platforms as well as a sound knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and project management tools
    • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to balance multiple tasks along with a strong sense of urgency/responsiveness
    • Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail
    • Aptitude to understand knowledge of database structure and management practices
    • Ability to self-audit and to implement quality controls
