    This internship is part of the Zebra Knowledge Center’s (ZKC) Design and Development team's Multimedia Learning Innovation team. The ZKC is charged with globally driving business unit go to market strategies through the implementation of targeted knowledge interventions. The team is dedicated to driving go to market strategies through the design and development, and delivery of innovative learning and certification assets. Target audience groups include channel partners, employees, and customers. Assets are aligned towards both sales and technical individuals within the aforementioned target audience groups. This role will assist in the professional production of multimedia learning assets.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with training, multimedia and learning technology developers in the creation of new learning technology products.
    • Utilize knowledge of industry standards, tools and design techniques.
    • Record and assist in recording video and audio for both live events and post-production use.
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment to achieve project requirements and deadlines.
    • Recognize usage and understand brand requirements and review materials to ensure they adhere to company standards.
    • Collaborate well on projects with remote team members, subject matter experts and leaders.

  • Qualifications
    • Must be able to show a portfolio/demo reel
    • Junior/Senior with a Bachelor Degree-Related Major
    • Natural graphic and multimedia design sensibilities- layout, style, color, typography, etc.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
    • Understanding of basic video editing software.
    • Working knowledge of video and audio recording including lighting, microphone set up, etc.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Practical knowledge of Captivate, Camtasia and other rapid development tools for learning.

    The following skills will be a plus:

    • Practical knowledge of UI design for mobile platforms.
    • Experience in frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript).
    • Experience with usability testing and knowledge of usability best practices with web/desktop/mobile applications.
    • Experience in game development, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality.
