The Office Support Intern will assist in objectives that support, develop, and grow Zebras' "unmanaged" partners.
Responsibilities
- Handles inbound phone and e-mail activity from unmanaged partners who require support; assists with inquiries related to products; directs partners to appropriate Zebra personnel for resolution; captures initial sales opportunity details and engages appropriate resources to manage moving forward.
- Supports Zebra compliance efforts by proactively following up with unmanaged partners to ensure compliance is being met.
- Supports newly admitted Zebra partners by assisting with onboarding, including any required training on the partner program, tools, and products.
- Supports special product-focused initiatives (ie, Card, Supplies, MP7000) for unmanaged partners who are strong prospects based on their business model and market focus.
- Proactive feedback on partner opportunities to internal sales team and sales managers
- Continuous product and applications training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
