THE ROLE

  THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Analyst in our Strategic Planning and Transformation organization, the Intern will work collaboratively within our Digital Experience teams to support and enhance portals for our large enterprise customer base.  The intern will be able to experience working with product, marketing, UX, support and engineering teams and assist the Product Owner in gathering requirements. Teams are autonomous and self-contained to take a customer feature from end-to-end and have it available for customers worldwide (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM regions). The ideal intern will understand Information Systems and processes used in Software development.  You will need a high level of engagement and ability to take initiative, ask questions and work in a team environment. 

• Responsibility for enhancing customer facing portals 

• Intake product requests and move through development and delivery. 

• Translating customer / business requirements to technical requirements. 

• Participate and/or drive demos to business stakeholders. 

• Focus on improving the customer experience. 

• Utilize SAFe methodologies for fast paced and continuous deployment

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE

Education Requirements

•     Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2023 – June 2024.

•     Major/Degree: In pursuit of degree in Management Information Systems or similar technical degree field.

Work Setting

•     This position will be remote – work from home.

•     Intern must be able to work 30-40 hours be week during the 10-week program (June – August)

Proficiency and understanding of:

•     Understand the requirements of each task and discuss the approach with more senior members of the team. 

•     Agile principals, development methodologies & software development processes. 

•     Experience with using Microsoft Office, Project management tools like JIRA and UX design tools.

•     Knowledge of testing and technical documentation.
