A segment of incoming requests will be routed to this intern to evaluate against a standard template. Missing or insufficient details must be investigated. Projects will then flow to engineering and then back to this resource. They will be instrumental to pursuing approvals and completing projects/cases. The summer-long assignment will require a portion of each week and will highlight the intern's talents while providing a challenging growth task.

Responsibilities

• Process daily incoming requests.
• Follow up with sales and partners to pursue project closure.
• Gain an understanding of the many supporting teams within Zebra that make up product creation and launch, and partner management.
• Utilize this to develop higher-level process improvement that will be adopted by our engineering business team.

• Junior/Senior Bachelor Degree-Related Major
• This role is more business facing than technical, however the candidate's comfort around technical content will improve success.
• Written and document creation skills are vital.
• Strengths in negotiation and process development are a plus.
