JOIN THE 2023 FIS UNIVERSITY SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM!
As a 2023 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors.
This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 5, 2023 and conclude on August 11, 2023.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Global Operations Learning & Development department consist of the U.S. training team (9), the U.K. training team (6), and our instructional design team (5). We are flexible, reliable, transparent, and we encourage open communication amongst the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Facilitate / Produce new hire training classes
Design, modify or develop instructional materials for multiple training modalities
Assess training outcomes by soliciting and reviewing feedback
Help build and maintain our LMS workspace
Work on various projects and initiatives as needed by the business
WHAT YOU BRING
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Rising Senior (graduating December 2023 through May 2024)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
