This position will provide insight into project improvement activities across the finance organization (Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Financial Planning, and Shared Service teams). This role will be a key change agent in helping to communicate and manage standardization of our policies, procedures and processes in the areas of Intercompany, Financial Close, Revenue Recognition, financial controls, and help prepare for all meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Project Managers with project documentation by updating dates, completion status, stakeholder assignments and other information.
• Provides updates to PM for review and distribution to project team.
• Documents the business process in a set of flowcharts.
• Assists Project Managers with stakeholder follow up as directed.
• Workforce and Management Reporting – work with the finance functions (Tax, Treasury, Accounting and Financial Planning) on reviewing reports for internal publication
• Learns fundamentals of Project Management discipline, tools and approaches.
• Ensures adherence to Zebra Internal project methodology guaranteeing project documentation is complete.

• Junior/Senior with a Bachelor Degree-Related Major (i.e. Finance, Accounting, etc.)

• Desire to learn project management discipline.
• Proficiency in PC-based computer systems, including Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Visio.
