Works directly with the project manager in the development and execution of large sophisticated, multi-phased projects. In this role the associate will coordinate the execution of these programs working with all collaborators including Marketing, Decision Management, Acxiom Operations, and multiple partners (letter shops, email service providers, etc.).

Internship Information

• This internship opportunity will begin May, 20th 2024
• Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas
• 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-29/week during the semester
• Anticipated graduation date between May 2025 - December 2025

Duties and responsibilities

• Supports project manager and other project leaders in driving overall project plan, implementation.
• Serves as back-up for the project manager on projects/programs.
• Works closely with project manager to serve as primary liaison with client Marketing Segment Managers, Decision Management, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful project completion
• Efficiently runs parts of a project concurrently under the mentorship of a project manager. Efficiently leads small projects independently.
• Assists the project manager in supporting projects and results from multiple online and offline channels
• Facilitate meetings keeping participants passionate about agenda and goals
• Work independently, with strong follow-through, capable of owning and leading projects from end-to-end

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Solid track record of connecting with internal partners - providing status updates accordingly.
• Competence working in a technical environment to address business related problems

What will set you apart

• Campaign Management Experience is helpful
• Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers preferred and understanding of legal and regulatory environment preferred
• Experience with digital marketing preferred
• Working understanding of Database technologies, CRM concepts and familiarity/expertise with SQL
