  • Responsibilities

    The Sales Operations Analyst Intern will assist the Global Sales Operations team in supporting Acxiom's CRM platform, Salesforce.com. You will utilize business intelligence tools to provide measurable insights to Acxiom's US industry verticals.

    Internship details:

    • The internship will begin in May 2022
    • Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible. However, your internship may begin virtually and could continue virtually for its entirety. We plan to transition interns to on-site work when teams transition back into the office, but we currently do not have a timeline for this transition
    • 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester
    • Anticipated graduation date between May 2023 - December 2023
    • Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

    What you will do:

    • Training:
    • On-the-job training of Salesforce.com, Clari and other business tools used by our team
    • Business Intelligence:
    • Produce and analyze tactical sales force productivity measurement activities
    • Analyze sales trends and performance; develop and produce performance metrics dashboards and operational packages to identify areas of improvements and drive resolution
    • Process Improvement:
    • Participate in the requirements gathering, development, implementation and automation of critical business processes and tools used to track sales process, forecasting, pipeline management and performance; perform account planning; measure customer satisfaction and other key processes as defined by the business
    • Administrative Support:
      • Assist with data hygiene and validation of the data contained within Salesforce.com
      • Assist with basic SFDC administrative support such as account and contact reassignments
  • Qualifications

    What you will need:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Data Analytics, Mathematics, MIS, Marketing or a related field
    • You thrive in a team environment and are self-motivated, but can also be deeply attentive to details
    • Demonstrable ability to synthesize information into meaningful insights and contribution to both crafting and executing business strategies
    • Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills both with internal teams and external contacts
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
