The Sales Operations Analyst Intern will assist the Global Sales Operations team in supporting Acxiom’s CRM platform, Salesforce.com. You will utilize business intelligence tools to provide measurable insights to Acxiom’s US industry verticals.

Internship details:

• The internship will begin in May 20, 2024
• This internship will be located in the Conway, AR office
• 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks and 20-25/week during the semester
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 - December 2025
• Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

What you will do:

• On-the-job training of Salesforce.com and our content repository
• Process Improvement:
• Review performance of individual content pieces for effectiveness
• Participate in the requirements gathering, development, implementation and automation of critical business processes
• Administrative Support:
• Upload and ensure data accuracy of all content pieces
• Work with cross functional teams and stakeholders to achieve our content related goals

What you will need:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in MIS, Marketing, Speech Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• You thrive in a team environment and are self-motivated, but can also be deeply attentive to details
• Demonstrable ability to synthesize information into meaningful insights and contribution to both crafting and executing business strategies
• Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills both with internal teams and external contacts
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
