    JOIN THE 2022 FIS UNIVERSITY SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM!

    As a 2022 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 6, 2022 and conclude on August 12, 2022.

    ABOUT THE TEAM

    Technology Operations & Engineering is one of many teams within FIS’ Managed IT Services division. We are focused on delivering high-touch support to clients, and primarily responsible for supporting server and desktop systems. Our team is organized by function, namely support, implementations, and maintenance. We are the level 2 escalation for the service desk and support a wide range of technologies.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • You will provide end-user support to clients
    • You will resolve priority incidents related to critical systems
    • You may provide on-site support, where applicable and when necessary
    • You may also assist clients with audits and regulatory examinations
    • You will build and implement new solutions for clients
    • You may consult with clients about IT strategy and forward-looking roadmaps

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Rising Senior (graduating December 2022 through May 2023)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
