  • Responsibilities

    The Website Content Intern is talented, energetic and digital-savvy; responsible for editing and posting web-optimized content that reflects Zebra’s strategic goals and needs.  This role will work closely with the Camille Burner, the Administrator for The Source, and other team members to update content pages and assets on https://zebra.gosavo.com/ and other content management projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs web content management activities within tight deadlines to meet project goals and objectives.
    • Becomes very knowledgeable with website content.
    • Works to ensure timely updates of web content and communicate back to stakeholders.
    • Edits, formats and tags new and existing content per established strategy.
    • Analyzes and evaluates content to ensure error-free grammar, spelling and formatting.
    • Upload content and assist with digital asset management in Adobe CQ CMS.
    • Proactively generates ideas, juggles multiple assignments, pays close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • Junior/Senior Bachelor Degree-Related Major (i.e. Marketing, Communications, Technology, Media, Journalism, etc.).
    • HTML experience.
    • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
    • Self-starter with a team player attitude.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office. SharePoint, Content Management Systems and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus. Other web programming languages helpful (i.e., JavaScript).
    • Experience in content editing and web content management highly desired.
    • Experience with Digital Asset Management tools. We use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
    • Experience with writing and editing HTML code.
    • Organized and able to prioritize multiple activities.
    • Experience using collaboration tools like JIRA and or Basecamp.
    • Analytics reporting experience.
