Job Description
Acxiom’s A+Team is looking for a motivated, effective, and hardworking Helpdesk Technician with a blend of strong customer service skills and technical support experience to provide technical support to Acxiom associates and/or external clients through a variety of channels including ServiceNow, Email, Slack, and Phone, and function as incident coordinators and problem owners throughout the lifecycle of an incident. This role will be encouraged to provide top technical support for computer and network related incidents, requests, or issues!
