Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Inventory Management Coordinator for our client.
This is a fully onsite opportunity to work alongside the federal government.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide management of the satellite distribution warehouse, which supports the Dean of Faculty at the client site.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Works independently or with a team.
- Inventory management involves storing, inventorying, labeling, and issuing computer equipment and peripherals to the appropriate client faculty and students.
- Provides on-call support as required.
- Obtains technical guidance as required from supervisor and/or higher-level technician.
- Observes and adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and client safety rules and regulations.
- Fulfills other work center duties as assigned.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Provides support to other contract work centers in cases of manpower shortages or unexpected requirements.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- As assigned by the Program Director.
Required Qualifications:
- Four years or more of inventory management experience in computer and peripheral equipment.
- A SECRET security clearance is required. An IAT Level II certification.
Education:
- An associate’s degree in IT or a related field. Equivalent experience can be used as a substitute for this degree.
