Responsibilities What can you expect Cold calling, presenting and closing to companies within your territory Prospecting for clients within companies up to 5000 employees Partnering with Iron Mountain employees for referrals, leads and opportunities Weekly team meetings and individual meetings with managers A competitive, yet fun, working environment Incentive prizes and trips for top performers Qualifications Qualifications What we are looking for Proven success in exceeding goals Ability to assess and identify customers current and potential Shredding needs Experience in handling an entire sales process from prospecting to closing of deal Consultative and persuasive decision making Fire and passion with a strong work ethic Hunter sales focus 1-2 Direct Sales Experience including cold calling, presentation skills and proven performance in closing deals Bachelors Degree preferred Ability to travel 75% What We Provide For You Guaranteed base pay Uncapped commissions and 3 months of guaranteed ramp up pay of $2500 Included car package Company Sponsored Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision all start on day one.
