Analyzing/documenting/investigating application and network layer KPIs to identify anomalies and outliers impacting the customer experience.
Utilizing various software tools to troubleshoot and resolve anomalies with various key performance indicators (KPIs), log messages, call flows, and raw packets.
Leading investigations and coordinating with other SMEs across different internal and external organizations.
Analyzing large amounts of data and creating visualizations that provide valuable business insights.
Researching and understanding the end-to-end network design and call flows to help maintain and improve network accessibility, retainability, mobility, integrity, and user experience.
Participating in the planning, testing, and/or integration phases of various projects to upgrade, redesign, and integrate new and existing tools and services.
Contributing and collaborating with other team members to develop and implement national standards across the country to improve performance visibility.
Exploring and developing new ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation and analysis.

A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering with a computer networking focus, other related degree, or extensive networking experience.
Knowledge of 3GPP network interfaces, network elements, and call flows.
Experience with tools such as SevOne, Irisview, nGeniusOne, syslog, wireshark, Confluence.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, R, Hive, Hadoop, Jupyter Notebook, etc.
Experience with different programming languages (Python, Java, Perl, SQL, Github, etc.) and database design.
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and software tools such as Prometheus, Kubernetes, Grafana, Jaeger, Elastic, etc.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $62,000.00 and $115,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
