The marketing technology team is all about using data and automation as the fuel to propel our sales and marketing interactions beyond our competition. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven decision strategies using Pega Decisioning solutions. The primary focus will be on improving customer interactions, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency through the effective utilization of Pega's platform. Your work will help us meet our customers’ needs better and make it easier for them to do business with Verizon.
Responsibilities include:
You understand AI/ML concepts, Pega Customer Decisioning Hub technology, and agile software development methodology and relish the challenge of applying these tools to provide the best experience for customers and sales reps across systems of engagement. You take satisfaction in solving problems and know how to influence up, down, and across groups. You are constantly on the lookout for new technological innovations and emerging industry trends so we can stay ahead of the game. You are motivated to achieve the goal of 100% AI-powered sales and marketing personalization at Verizon.
