    This role is within the Value Digital / Customer Experience team where we create and improve digitally-led experiences for our customers, striving for reliable, simple, exceptional world-class journeys.

    The Consultant - Business Intelligence will support sales growth and profitability using business acumen coupled with proficiency across data and analytics.

    You will act as an integrator, managing the end-to-end analytics as well as identifying sources of value from big data and generating data-driven insights to create value in our market. The Consultant - Business Intelligence will help frame the scope and strategy, and will also deliver the execution of the requirements from different stakeholders.

    In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) ​

    What you’ll be doing…

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with high-performing teams to identify and solve business problems while using large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in a distributed processing environment efficiently and cost-effectively.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify analytic requirements, translate business needs into data requirements, and enable data-driven recommendations that empower executive decision-making.

    • Own the design and development of actionable dashboards, reports, and analyses for business owners to gauge performance and assist with strategic decisions.

    • Stitch together data from multiple channels to formulate a complete customer journey view.

    • Create stakeholder scorecards and dashboards for executive leadership to gain alignment.

    • Identify opportunities to improve data strategy and data governance impacting Business Transformation programs.

    • Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops.

    • Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement.

    What we’re looking for…

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Strong data analysis skills and experience, including extracting and processing data/information using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and/or other advanced data analysis and manipulation tools and resources.

    • Business intelligence/visualization software experience (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, or Looker).

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to create presentations using MS PowerPoint and experience presenting to all levels of an organization.

    • Experience in large integration programs.

    • Experience in the development and measurement of KPIs.

    • Experience working in a tier-1 management consulting organization.

    • Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.

    • Proven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget.

    • Proven record of performance and trusted professional credibility.

    • Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately.

    • Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and develop them from your concept to a solution.

    • Ability to use software to manipulate data, prototype new tools, and extract actionable insights from that data.

    • Comfort in presenting outcomes of analytic solutions in a format easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $96,000.00 and $178,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
