    The Role

This is a critical role within DAIE, responsible for managing development readiness intake across multiple PODs, with significant focus on Custom Networks (CN). This role ensures accuracy, governance, and transparency throughout the intake lifecycle while acting as a key connector between intake, development, architecture, reporting, and specialized teams.

Custom Networks requests are among the most complex intake types and require deeper coordination, multiple vetting sessions, and strict governance controls. The DRM is expected to bring strong organizational discipline, proactive communication, and ownership—particularly in navigating CN‑specific complexity—while supporting stability as DAIE processes and structures continue to evolve.

    Location

This is a Work from Home position within the U.S.

    The Main Responsibilities

-Manage development readiness intake across four PODs (IOM, NPAM, SOT, and Custom Networks), supporting a high volume of requests with consistent accuracy.
-Serve as the primary intake owner for Custom Networks requests, which require multiple vetting meetings and close coordination with LV, Reporting, Process, Development, and Architecture teams.
-Ensure NDA compliance for all DAIE participants involved in CN requests and validate that governance requirements are met before progression.
-Own data integrity across intake systems including ESRF, DE Tracker, JIRA, and reporting tools, performing manual updates when automation does not populate required fields.
-Lead weekly POD and POC status meetings, including detailed reviews of CN requests, progress, risks, and required follow‑ups.
-Partner closely with POCs to confirm priorities, scope changes, and request readiness, assigning priority once requests are formally accepted.
-Validate that accepted requests—especially CN—are properly approved in ESRF and accurately communicated when transferred.
-Maintain alignment between JIRA, ESRF, and Power BI reporting by working with reporting and technical partners to resolve discrepancies.
-Partner with development and architecture teams to ensure high‑quality handoffs, complete documentation, and clear context—particularly critical for CN requests entering analysis.
-Identify when ESRF requests should be routed to Celonis, AI Diffusion, or AI teams and coordinate timely handoff.
-Facilitate weekly DAIE Intake meetings, represent DAIE in scheduled forums, and serve as a backup for DRM and ESRF request signups.
-Ensure adherence to intake governance, NDA verification, escalation paths, and compliance requirements.

What We Look For in a Candidate

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple PODs and high‑complexity Custom Networks requests simultaneously.
-Proven attention to detail and accountability for governance‑heavy intake processes.
-Clear, confident communication skills and experience leading cross‑functional meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
-Ability to manage iterative vetting processes, escalations, and shifting priorities—especially common in CN work.
-Analytical problem‑solving skills and experience working with intake, tracking, or reporting systems.
-Demonstrated collaboration across intake, development, architecture, and specialized teams.
-A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and automation.
-Strong ownership and follow‑through across the full intake lifecycle.
