You will be part of our Sales Enablement team, helping drive key initiatives which impact Sales and transcend the LogRhythm organization and our Partners. The skills developed during this internship will provide you with working knowledge and real-life business experience that you will be able to apply immediately toward a lucrative career in hi-tech. A Day in the Life of a Sales Enablement Intern: You will support the Enablement Team to drive learning and productivity across the sales organization, through: -Resource Development- Assist in assembling and finalizing sales enablement resources (cheat sheets, playbooks, videos, etc.) to aid in the learning of our Sales Team and Partner Community. -Content Management- Assist in keeping content organized and up-to-date, updating internal repositories and wikis as needed. -Sales Enablement Tools- Assist in education and training of Sales Enablement tools -Communications- Assist with creating, proofing and deploying internal communications to our Global Sales team (via weekly emails, bi-weekly all-hands meetings, etc.). -Strategic Events- Assist in planning and executing corporate events with and for our Sales Team, Partner Community and Customers. -Project Support & Management Support project owners in mobilizing cross-functional teams to tackle key strategic initiatives. What We Are Looking For: -Highly self-motivated -Excellent communication skills, especially written -Ability to quickly learn new systems and technical concepts -Organizational skills to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously -A desire to pursue a career in business, sales, marketing or communications -Ability to work independently, collaboratively as a member of a team -- under pressure and within tight deadlines with a keen attention to detail -Cybersecurity, HTML and Salesforce.com knowledge a plus (but not required) -Local candidates will be given priority LogRhythm is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
