In Portfolio Management we create cutting edge service offers for our customers across all product types and professional services. We are seeking an exceptional leader and an innovative thinker to work with us on key strategic initiatives. We work collaboratively across our Portfolio Management organization, Dell Services, and other Dell business units on strategic programs like services portfolio growth strategies, optimization initiatives, and operational improvements.

You Will:

• Lead a cross-functional team to drive comprehensive sets of actions
• Creatively solve complex problems
• Provide insights, recommendations; implement new business solutions
• Engage with exec level decision-makers and build relationships across Portfolio Management and Services

Essential Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related discipline
• 3+ years of related experience in a professional role
• Management Consulting skills including problem solving and troubleshooting
• Proficiency leading and managing multiple workstreams, project teams and informal teams
• Outstanding problem solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders; strong ability to influence
• Ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization to drive results/change; flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges
• Self-directed and motivated with ability to operate independently; comfortable with ambiguity
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Desirable Requirements

• Prior experience at a top management consulting firm
• Strategy Consultant in a large enterprise environment
