As a Management Trainee you will:

• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver Sales presentations that explain our IT services to customers and prospective customers
• Develop, present and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses

Knowledge area:

• Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services.

• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
