    What you’ll be doing...

    You will be accountable for delivering engaging programs and tools that enable the Sales Teams to maximize sales, revenue, and productivity. This position will report to the Senior Sales Operations & Enablement Manager.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Designing, building and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, programs, and accreditations)

    • Collaborating on sales enablement content, including developing videos, graphics, and digital media design.

    • Providing analysis to support strategic process, program, or system changes and ensure optimal performance levels are achieved.

    • Solving problems by digging into the details to determine root causes, quantifying impact, and pursuing impactful solutions.

    • Developing detailed yet easy-to-understand communications.

    • Partnering with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and roll out targeted programs.

    • Collaborating with the program team to develop and launch effective sales enablement communications for rapid dissemination across the field.

    • Ensuring skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organization.

    You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience

    • Four or more years of project/program design and management

    • Excellent written communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.

    • Work experience in or with Wireless sales.

    • Knowledge of Google suite of products and Adobe Creative Cloud.

    • Experience building new enablement tools/programs and uncovering untapped enablement potential.

    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.

    • Knowledge of sales effectiveness tools in the industry.

    • Experience in curriculum development and training.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A Master's degree or MBA.

    • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

    • Understanding of how software technology is used to solve business problems.

    • Experience with the following tools: Outreach, Seismic, and Salesforce.

    • Experience leading a broadly defined project.

    • Project Management Certification.

    • A consistent record of high-impact success.

    If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $194,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
