• Analyze of the company from the Marketing point of view aligning the direction of the department in supporting the business needs

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department`s activities

• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

• Write marketing literature (website content, brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company`s presence in the market

• Assists in organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

• Assessing the results of a marketing campaign

• Compose and post online content on the company`s website and social media accounts

• Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field

• Experience as a Marketing Assistant is a plus

• Good understanding of office management and marketing concepts, principles and procedures

• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

• Proficient in the use of English language in writing added-value content (compulsory)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)

• Exquisite communication and people skills

• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

• Desire to learn new things and bring in a creative mindset

• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
