Your Role and Responsibilities IBM is looking for a creative and analytically-minded Marketing Campaign Manager with passion and proven experience in designing, executing and optimizing high-performance marketing campaigns in the pursuit of audience engagement, responses, Sales pipeline, customer loyalty and revenue growth.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Strategic Planning & Design
      • Developing deep insight into the target market, buyers and influencers
      • Developing audience profiles and addressable segments
      • Strategic routes to market planning working closely with Sales and Product Marketing
      • Audience-centric campaign journey and experience design
      • Developing an optimal campaign mix of activity spanning events, digital, social and telemarketing components
      • Building plans and forecasts that will achieve all Marketing and Sales KPIs and growth targets
    • Execution Orchestration
      • Teaming with a diverse group of event, digital, analyst, content and automation resources to project manage and execute campaign activities
      • Executing go-to-market activities in a complex, matrix environment
      • Development and execution of digital marketing strategies spanning IBM owned Web properties, digital content and asset development, email marketing, paid media and organic search optimization
      • Quarterly and annual planning and management of large execution budgets and investments
      • Close partnership with Sales execs, Business Partners, Product Marketing and Digital Demand Reps (Inside sellers) to align Marketing plans with Sales priorities and capture, qualify and progress opportunities
      • Communication of performance objectives and gaps to internal execs and stakeholders
      • Balancing the workload and capacity of Digital Demand Reps
      • Coordination of execution and spend with large internal and external advertising, event and digital media agencies of record
      • Leadership for modern approaches in database marketing, campaign integration and automation
      • Creation of compelling, engaging content that reaches the audience in the right channel, at the right time
      • Personalization of marketing for greater audience engagement
    • Performance Optimization
      • Advanced level of Sales pipeline and Marketing campaign performance analysis and optimization in support of attaining growth targets
      • Optimization to improve marketing productivity, efficiency and conversion of Marketing-generated responses into leads and wins
      • Media optimization including search optimization and A/B testing of various digital approaches to improve performance
      • Improving forecast accuracy and predictability

    This role is located in New York City, NY

    The leader will work with the direct and extended North America marketing team, North America and Global Product Managers, Global Campaign Managers and Leadership, NA Sales, and extended NA Marketing Leadership team
