  • Responsibilities

    The SFDC/Marketo Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns for Acxiom. This includes responsibility for data integrity, list loading, reports, dashboards, as well as supporting the execution of marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns. Additional responsibilities may include marketing business process optimization, marketing lead flow analysis, as well as marketing operations best practices creation and publishing. As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, as well as with Acxiom's leadership.


    • Support global demand generation activities with list imports, record cleansing, and data field setup.
    • Build and maintain data hygiene campaigns to keep data integrity inside and Marketo.
    • Implement and manage demand-generation infrastructure and operational processes inside and Marketo.
    • Refine marketing lists and implement segmentation strategies for targeted verticals and personas
    • Provide day-to-day system, administration and configuration support for Marketing users.
    • Delivery of insights, findings and recommendations regarding marketing performance and opportunities through adapting statistical methods, tools and business expertise to sets of relevant data, affecting the performance of the global marketing organization or its marketing programs.
    • Collaborate with global sales and marketing stakeholders on CRM requirements and best practices.
    • Document, communicate, and train operational processes.
    • Collaborate with global sales and marketing stakeholders on implementation of online marketing programs.
    • Assist with designing and building lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, and automated communications programs.
  • Qualifications



    • A team-oriented self-starter, who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment. The candidate will require excellent communication and relationship building skills to excel in this role and be able to extract insights and be able to deliver these to executive stakeholders in a succinct and meaningful way.
    • Ability to serve as a project lead in the implementation of a marketing operations campaign, strategy, process, or technology. Should be able to understand overall corporate strategic imperatives and align projects against them.
    • Knowledge of data manipulation tools (Validity, Demand Tools, SQL a plus)
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, operations management, economics, computer science or related field with a minimum of 3+ years of experience,


    • Role-related certification(s) or advanced education.
    • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo
    • Google Analytics experience
    • Detailed knowledge of digital marketing processes.
