    What you’ll be doing...

    You will be responsible for program and project management across key transformational initiatives, ensuring success with evaluation and performance assessment and tracking and reporting to stakeholders and executives. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various organizations to help to deliver program success and advocate for Marketing and CX Technology team’s achievements within Verizon and externally.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Being part of the Martech and CXtech team to assess and drive performance on marketing platform investments to enable next-gen technology foundation and analytics capabilities aligned with Martech and CX tech strategy.
    • Working closely with GTS, FP&A and marketing teams to develop and establish KPIs and ROIs to measure success on the investment of the Martech and CXtech platforms and transformational projects such as Pega Decisioning and Real Time Marketing.
    • Extracting and curating data to enable KPI reporting for VBG Marketing programs.
    • Assisting with finalizing and updating reporting suite in Tableau dashboards across programs including: Channel level KPIs, Program success levers. Executive KPIs, Financial benefits.
    • Monitoring analytics and metrics results to assess program performance.
    • Driving analysis with quantitative and analytical skills, outside/inside research and data analytics.
    • Helping with ad hoc project/program reports and presentations to showcase Marketing and CX Technology achievements.

    What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics/business intelligence or other related discipline or four or more years of work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Demonstrated project and program management skills and experience.
    • Experience with Pega Decisioning Platform.
    • Experience with Martech and CX platforms.
    • Experience with developing and tracking key financial and other relevant KPIs.
    • Experience with analytical tools (Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
    • Experience with visualization tools to present complex data and analyses in a simple, engaging manner.
    • Demonstrated strong presentation skills, leveraging PowerPoint or Google slides.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Ability to excel at both strategic planning and execution levels.
    • Detail oriented, organized and know how to focus on what really matters.
    • Telecomm experience a plus.
