    Want to work with highly motivated individuals that come together to form high performance team? Come join WWT today! We are looking for a Material Coordinator to support our Global Supply Chain team to work remote-nationwide with preferred locations in MO, IL, TN, TX.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    PROMOTES THE WORLD WIDE TECHNOLOGY CORE VALUES AND CORPORATE GOALS

    • Assist the supply planners with coordination of expedites with vendors as necessary to ensure the proper flow of materials to meet the customers inventory requirements or delivery dates.
    • Coordinates the transfer of materials between locations.
    • Manage Non-Conformance Ticket (NCT) process.
    • Drive monthly/weekly Quarantine/RMA parts process.
    • Manage customer impacting quality defects, RMA requests and CCC/Parts conversions.
    • Maintain GCFI cancelled orders RMA process.
    • Maintain 06 cancelled order RMA process.
    • Provide monthly report for RTV PO transaction review.
    • Manage Trailer line reject NCT process.
    • Coordinates and communicates with Suppliers, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, Bus Ops, Inventory Control personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Assists with material system price management.
    • Solve practical and abstract problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    • Frequent communication with the customer, vendors, and logistics to provide proper disposition of issues and material.
    • Taking all necessary steps to ensure that service execution meets and exceeds contractual/customer expectations.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School education or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
    • Experience in material-planning and / or manufacturing environment.
    • High Proficiency with Oracle applications and MS Office software applications (Word and Excel).
    • Strong analytical skills with focus on critical thinking
    • Proven excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision
    • Shows pride in work and pays attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Able to interact with a diverse population (administrative to executive)

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal communication in order to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, internal customers or team members.
