What you’ll be doing...

Continuous improvement is what we are all about and you will play a significant role in developing strategies that will make us better. We are looking to deliver a world class experience for our customers with new forecasting strategies. As a Forecasting and Digital Solutions Consultant, you will support the Forecasting Manager as well as assist with Digital Solutions initiatives by leveraging digital tools to create and enhance forecasting models, evaluate & redesign processes, and identify and eliminate waste.

Some ways you’ll drive organizational value:

• Analyze forecast performance for opportunities to improve the model

• Analyzing trends and data from across all Bill to Cash functions (Collections, Fraud, Recovery, Credit) to identify opportunities to improve forecasting.

• Providing strategic recommendations on complex processes or issues that contribute to improving operational metrics.

• Partnering and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and support teams to deliver value for our customers.

• Supporting the development of solutions derived from your analysis and expertise.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• This Opportunity is for Military personnel who are current participants of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program.

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Experience working in Finance Operations and/or Consumer Bill to Cash (B2C)

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience with forecasts/predictive modeling.

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Economics.

• Created complex queries and reporting tools.

• Experience with digital finance (specifically advanced analytics) tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Python, R.

• Experience with SQL

• Experience supporting/executing projects within B2C.
