What you’ll be doing...

Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program.

As a technical subject matter expert within our agile digital team, you will contribute to the development of scalable solutions and provide crucial insights to leadership. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging technical expertise to drive successful project outcomes..

What We’re Looking For:

• Serve as the technical SME within your area of expertise.

• Work with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to create scalable solutions.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous delivery.

• Provide project updates, risk assessments, and insights to leadership.

• Contribute to design, development, and code reviews.

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for partner engineering teams.

  • Collaborate with partner teams to deliver complete, well-tested solutions.

  • Understand KPIs and metrics to guide technical requirements for the analytics framework.

  • Design and maintain high-level and low-level technical documentation.

  • Manage the JIRA board for ongoing projects and tasks.

  • Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and recommend optimizations.

  • Identify, manage, troubleshoot, and maintain tracking and conversion issue resolution.

You’ll Need to Have:

• Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program.

• 6+ years of experience in technical roles, including SME or lead responsibilities.

• Experience working in agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong troubleshooting experience using browser debugging tools (Chrome Dev Tools, Firebug, etc)

• Strong understanding of HTML, CC, Java & J2EE

• Ability to quickly and efficiently search, understand, and apply technical documentation.

• Experience with modern frameworks like Next-JS/React/Angular is preferred but not required.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in digitally-focused or product-driven organizations.

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
