What you’ll be doing…
Responsible for the development and oversight of all data elements, reporting, and knowledge management related to DWP Mobility services. The expectation for this role is to create and maintain a data service, comprising multiple areas and services, and designed to display and report on all relevant mobility services data for daily operational review while identifying trends related to both systems and support with the expectation of constantly improving support and the employee experience. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the continuous upkeep of, and development of new service related knowledge based articles and Operational Run Books. The role is expected to also be customer focused and provide Tier 3 level Mobility support for employees as needed and some Project Management duties related to new mobility projects as they arise. ****
What we’re looking for…
Analyzing service-related data to proactively identify trends insights, create thresholds, and find efficiency improvements
Defining and establishing analytic goals
Providing data quality assessments for each data area and correcting / improving where possible
Developing data reporting and modeling
Understanding the Experience Level Agreements with a focus on the employee experience
You’ll need to have…
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of equivalent work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with the creation of data dashboards
Power BI and / or other Data Visualization tool experience
Experience in understanding Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms and their capabilities and limitations to effectively manage mobile device operating systems.
Even better if you have…
A Degree
Experience with writing technical knowledge base articles and maintaining article library
Experience with developing and maintaining technical service “Run Books”
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mobile device support experience (Apple & Android)
Project Management experience is a big plus
Experience in Advanced troubleshooting capabilities capable of understanding detailed interconnected infrastructure elements and experience with advanced troubleshooting techniques.
This role may be considered as part of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program.

If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $63,000.00 and $116,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
