  • Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and aggressive Business Development Representative in our NYC Headquarters with a desire for success as part of our growth strategy.

    The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be instrumental in initiating the sales cycle with new, current, and/or target customers.

    He/she work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams members and will be responsible for appointment setting activities using the latest social media techniques. Although there is a "team" environment, each Representative will work independently on his/her own custom program and is measured by individual contribution.

    Lists and training will be provided.

    This is a full-time position with potential for sales career development; if the candidate shows promise and exceeds in the BDR role, he/she may be asked to transition to a Junior Sales Account Rep.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a sales strategy to meet or exceed bookings targets

    • Generate new business opportunities to grow pipeline and follow-up on and qualify leads

    • Schedule Appointments to Positioning ASI’s solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers’ long term needs

    • Follow-up and Track Appointments that have occurred

    • Relationship Development with customers, ASI Sales Reps & OEM Partner Reps

    • Work with sales and marketing teams to identify specific behaviors, knowledge and skill areas for focus and evaluation for development of the general product and services audience

  • Qualifications

    This is a fantastic position for millennials and self-starters with a keen work ethic who are motivated, diligent, and positive.

    Good communication skills (both written and oral) are a must. Position fit for candidates just out of college, changing careers, or excited about getting into Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Extensive onboarding personal development and company culture training will be provided.
