YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Network and Computer Systems Administrator Apprentice at IBM, you will work in our Rocket Center Innovation Center. As a Network and Systems Administrator Apprentice, you will perform daily activities ranging in complexity and be responsible for the installation, configuration, upkeep and reliable operation of one or more client environments.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

• Willingness to complete the requirements of the apprenticeship program
• Some knowledge or experience with any of the following: operating systems like Windows, Linux, general networking and infrastructure fundamentals
• Basic knowledge in at least one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant technologies from above

PREFERRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related.
