Assist Office Manager with daily tasks
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Prepare conference rooms
Greet guests
Restock pantry in the mornings
Basic assisting duties
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Basic computer skills and knowhow (apps, research, etc..).
After 3-month trial period, Health/vision/dental, 401K and transit benefits will be offered.
