Your Role and Responsibilities

Our Onboarding team is focused on delivering a signature experience for our new hires. Onboarding Success Coordinator is required to follow up with the new hire to have their onboarding documents completed in Talent Suite, perform hiring confirm, follow up with SPOC’s to reach out to the HM, review validate if ID uploaded into Talent Suite is acceptable according to Canada Government guidelines, perform e-verify and reviews I-9 completion, perform audit after start date by downloading around 10 documents from talent suite, add employee's serial number and date of joining in each page with Adobe and create a package to be uploaded into box, and create audit transmittal sheet and upload it into box.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong communications skills, verbally and in writing
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and speed
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to details
• Professionalism and understanding of code of conduct in an area that deals with Sensitive Information
• Team player, fast learner, not afraid of challenges and making suggestions
• 1-2 years previous experience working in an HR environment as a generalist, ideally in a recruiting team environment
• Proficient with MicroSoft products (excel, powerpoint, word)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bilingual in English/French (preferred)
