    What you’ll be doing...

    The Analyst will work closely with the Sr. Analyst Communications, IT, Legal, and Operations to establish operational processes, policies, and best practices that ensure a clear understanding and expertise in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Marketing Advertising regulations.

    • Review Customer Retention Marketing materials, including terms and conditions, exclusions, limitations, translations, disclaimers, claims, and qualifications.

    • Interact with Marketing platform (Asana) to review and approve SMS/Advertising/Email campaigns.

    • Review SMS and email messages and/or reclassify all types of marketing messages (services/critical) according to the Compliance Communications Policy.

    • Suggest alternative messaging options that align with regulatory requirements while addressing business needs.

    • Apply the TCPA regulatory framework for message suppression in campaign deployments.

    • Escalate any discrepancies or conflicts in message classification to Legal for resolution guidance.

    • Analyze daily opt-out files from the two aggregators (3Ci, Sinch) to detect trends, volume, and anomalies.

    • Monitor dashboards and reports that track key information for SMS and email communications (e.g., active subscribers, monthly opt-out counts by brand) and report on monthly trends.

    • Report any issues related to compliance to the Sr. Analyst- Communications.

    In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

    What we’re looking for...

    We’re seeking a highly responsible Analyst who works independently to analyze, discover, escalate pertinent issues that could potentially expose the company to compliance risks.

    The Analyst will need to work with a sense of urgency when reporting issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel).

    • Experience with compliance/risk management.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Snowflake, Toad, Dbeaver, Tableau, SQL).

    • Critical thinking skills, ability to work independently with limited guidance.

    • Organizational and communication skills with the ability to focus on the details.

    • Leverage auditing principles and methods to evaluate policies, processes, and systems to identify business risks and control gaps.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain confidential and complex issues to leadership.

    • Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    • High comfort level with analyzing detailed, technical data.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
